After "XX" and "A Woman's Work", Kollabo is the third feminist rap project in cooperation with the intercultural centre for girls and young women MÄDEA in Berlin Wedding. After the girls of MÄDEA tested rap as an emancipatory medium and the rap crew Sisterqueens emerged from it, "Kollabo" now focuses on close collaboration with professional rappers from Berlin.

The aim is to create a joint album in which the girls participate conceptually and experience themselves as producers.
The starting point of the Featuring songs is the negotiation of different positions and questions about the concept of "Sisterhood" in the history of feminism but also in their own biography. What possibilities of a feminist "we" can there be, considering an intersectional, inclusive perspective? And how can emotional knowledge about inequality and cohesion be linked to this? At the end of the process there will be a festival day in Theater X with a concert and workshops for girls. "Kollabo", that means daring, asking questions, writing texts, slamen, rapping, writing songs, going to the recording studio, shooting and producing video clips. Kollabo", that means working together, feminist musical interaction, common positioning and expressing one's own point of view musically.
